By accessing or using the ShipNGI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Services
ShipNGI provides an online platform that connects shippers with freight carriers for less-than-truckload, full-truckload, and small business shipping. Quotes are estimates and subject to carrier confirmation.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Shipment Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate freight class, weight, dimensions, and pickup/delivery details. Inaccurate information may result in re-rating, additional charges, or refused shipments.
5. Liability
Carrier liability is limited as defined by each carrier's tariff. We recommend purchasing freight insurance for full-value protection.
6. Claims
All damage or loss claims must be reported within the timeframes set by the carrier. See our Claims page for the process.
7. Modifications
ShipNGI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
